FTC targets false map for Acai

U.S. Federal Trade Commission regulators a crack-down announced on Tuesday websites sell acai berry weight loss products with fake notes supposedly from reputable news channels such as CNN and USA Today.

The FTC has asked federal courts freezing of the assets of a total of 10 organizations that use this advertising tactics, to market products.

The map in the appraisal stage appear to real evidence from this legitimate news channels and publications, but the Web sites are simply advertising deceptively enticing consumers, aimed at, the FTC said. Of the sites not only refer to the news channel, but sometimes a logo included.

The FTC has received many complaints from people who as much as $100 to sold deceptive sites paid products. The FTC tries, the courts get the company provide refunds for these consumers.
